Our Systems

We have carefully developed innovative management systems that place Civil Unlimited at the forefront of industry standards

Civil Unlimited operates under an Integrated Management System, which covers major industry recognised operating objectives including Quality Management, Safety Management and Environmental Management.

The Civil Unlimited System or CU-IMS, is based on the Civil Contractors Federation Developed System and is further modified to meet our operating objectives and requirements. The system is designed to comply with the following Standards:

  • AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management
  • AS 4801:2001 Safety Management
  • AS/NZS ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management

Under the system, a Project Management Plan or PMP is developed specifically for each project based on standard internal and external requirements and further expanded to meet the specific complexities of each project. All aspects of the project are managed under the plan including quality control, potential safety and environmental risks and the implementation of control measures.

The development and implementation of these systems are imperative to ensuring every project is delivered in a manner which maintains the highest level of quality for our clients, maintains a safe working environment for both employees and public and preserves the environment around us.
